Recommendation requirements
・Those who have a calling to mission to Japan
・People between 25 and 45 years old
・People who have the humility and spiritual influence to learn from others
・People with diverse backgrounds
・Those who agree with the Lausanne Covenant (Lausanne Covenant)
Pastors, missionaries, those involved in missionary organizations, researchers (theology and other disciplines), business people, those involved in NPOs/NGOs, people involved in judicial administration, people involved in medical welfare, artists, athletes, people in the media, housekeepers), students, etc.
Application procedure
This conference is invitation-only, so please be sure to contact someone from Lausanne when participating.(*1) If you have difficulty obtaining a recommendation from a Lausanne member, please contact us using the form below.
The application is completed by filling out the application form and payment of the participation fee. If you are unable to pay by bank transfer due to various circumstances (such as living overseas), please pay in cash on the day of the conference.
*1 - Lausanne related personnel (recommender)
Japan Lausanne Committee members, Japan YLG Steering Committee, Japan YLG Mentors, past YLG participants and other people involved with the Lausanne Movement.
*2 Those who have participated in the events below, or have been recommended in the past require no new recommendation. Please apply directly. (Please contact us if you have not received the application email)
Japan YLG Online Fellowship, East Asia YLG, YLG2016, Arise Asia (guest participation for those under 25 years old)
*3 Please note that due to the nature of the conference, participants are required to participate all day as a general rule.

<Regular price＞35,000 yen (11/1-12/31)
*Participation fee includes accommodation, food, registration fees, etc. from night of March 11, 2024 (Monday) to noon of Thursday, March 14, 2024.
※※If you are experiencing financial difficulties, you can apply for participation fee assistance after applying for participation.
キャンセル料について
・1月31日まで：5000円
・2月1日から3月10日まで：半額 (早割の方は15,000、通常の方は17,500円)
・3月11日以降：全額 (早割の方は30,000円、通常の方は35,000円)
Family participation
Couples and children welcome!
Family is central to the holistic mission of the Lausanne movement. If you have children, please come and join us!
*Participation fee: Under 2 years old: Free
2 years old and older but less than elementary school students: 5,000 yen
Elementary school students: 10,000 yen
Junior high school students and older are charged the adult price.
*Child care will be provided during the conference (for ages 2 and up).
*Live streaming is also available in a separate room.
